Some people were questioning if I was still blogging because I haven’t posted in a while. My answer is YES! and absolutely! However, I have a few projects that I am working on. When I say working, I’m not kidding! some nights there was no sleep; deadlines to meet. Some days I did not eat; deadlines to meet. We won’t even begin to discuss my creative, low maintenance, natural hairstyles.

What’s important is that when you have something really special that you are working on, sometimes you have to keep sharing to the bare minimum. Every smile is not a supportive friend and there are even some that are dream killers. None of that really matters because when God says it’s your time to shine, no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Noticing how some parents shop for groceries and what some of our children are eating for breakfast prompted me to write this book. I have seen with my own eyes children eating flaming hot Cheetos with juice or pop before seven am. Not the breakfast of champions, but it does temporarily sustain an appetite. This is a fun, easy-to-read book to introduce more greens into a child’s diet. Remember, children are picky eaters so be creative. This book is available for purchase on Amazon right now and will be available on Barnesandnoble.com next week. Thank you in advance.

Du-Summer Jazz Sessions are at the Roundhouse Plaza which is right across the street from the museum. Entertainers perform every Thursday from 6-8. FREE parking and nice wrapped tables set up for four, first come-first served. However, late comers know to walk in with lawn chairs and the regulars know to bring food.
