Breakfast for Dinner
I have always enjoyed the benefits of working smart and not hard, especially in my kitchen. Therefore, I do a lot of special little things to prep food for a good week of meals. Sometimes I will cook an entire pack of thick cut bacon, sausage patties or links on a cookie sheet in the oven. Meat usually takes the longest to prepare. This can be used for breakfast sandwiches on wheat toast or an English muffin. It only takes two minutes to fry or scramble an egg if you would like to add one.
Then there are times that I prefer to have breakfast for dinner and sometimes its French toast. To prepare ahead of time, I slice and butter a round loaf of Kings Hawaiian bread and store in the fridge in the bag it came in. All that’s left to do when you are ready is to whip up your custard and heat your cast iron skillet. Add good syrup and enjoy.
Sometimes I like breakfast for dinner too me and my parents do that sometimes. Breakfast is definitely good anytime. I do like the idea of meal prep for the week.
